SPACE SPUDS!

Well, I'm back and this time with SPACE SPUDS! Auntie Liz wants more descriptive words so here it goes!

I started with an organic russett potato. I washed the potato and put it in the microwave, heated it up until it got soft and fluffy inside. I slit an X in the potato top, squeezed it to open up a crater to put my condiments. I put in smooth sour cream, tasty shredded cheese (4 types) and juicy bacon. I served along side leftover steak!

Independence Day Appetizers!

We had a party for Independence Day and I was in charge of appetizers. I made Fruit on the Vine Skewers and Pool Side Dippers.

Fruit on the Vine Skewers - hulled and halved strawberries alternating with cut up canteloupe on a skewer. Drizzle fruit with melted chocolate and serve.

Pool Side Dippers - sliced apples and mini carrot sticks with blue cheese, peanut butter and ollallieberry jam for dipping.

Tonight's dinner Beat the Band Burgers, baked beans and fresh canteloupe.
